Meet Our Incredible Agents

Karen Berget, broker/owner

Karen has worked in real estate since 1999. In addition to her real estate experience, she has gained a broad understanding of the community, while running The American House Bed and Breakfast and managing the historical society as well as serving as a member of the planning commission and school board. A graduate of UMM, she lives in Morris with her husband, Kyle, and children, Alyson and Lincoln. Karen is an enthusiastic leader of this dedicated team, devoted to making sure anyone who enters our door is treated with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Karen is now an Accredited REO Agent(TM).

Kyle Berget, agent/owner

Kyle earned his real estate license after American Eagle Realty opened. He also works as a teacher at Morris Area Elementary School and enjoys coaching his kids in sports. Kyle is a life-long resident of Stevens County. A graduate of U of M Morris, Kyle has lived in Morris since 1983 with his wife, Karen.

Alyson Berget, agent

Alyson is a second generation real estate agent. This gives her a unique understanding of the complexities of buying and selling properties. In addition to being one of American Eagle Realty's team, she is pursuing a BA in Interior Design.
